PHILLIP MARGOLIN, the Portland attorney and popular author of mystery novels, always begins his book tours at Annie Bloom’s Books in Multnomah Village. It was no different on June 3 when he spoke and signed copies of his latest book, “Fugitive,” just out from Harpers. In this new story readers are treated to the return of Amanda Jaffe, the heroine of Margolin’s earlier “Wild Justice” and “Proof Positive.”
